Job Requirement
Educational Requirements: MSc/BSc in software engineering/ Computer Science & related Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is mandatory
Experience: Proven experience in the industry for 10/12 years of experience for MSc and BSc respectively

Position 3: – Consultancy and Research Division Manage
Job Summary:
The Consultancy and Research Division Manager is responsible for the overall business development, research and publication, monitoring and evaluation of performance. Key responsibilities:
Design and oversee the Consultancy and Research activities of the institute.
Lead the development of research, and consultancy as an income stream for the institute.
Write winning proposals and bid documents with other team to obtain funding/and or resources for the institute.
Set and produce periodical reports on progress measures against the planned targets
Lead, motivate, and support the Research and consultancy team of the institute.
Provide advice to the CEO on issues related to the consultancy and Research activities in the market including emerging issues and opportunities.
Play a core role in EIFTRI`s consultancy and research team, contributing to setting direction and supporting delivery of targets.
Work closely with colleagues to increase EIFTRI`s performance, reputation, and reach as a research and consultancy organisation
Report on progress and risks of projects, taking action to identify and mitigate risks
Work with colleagues across the institute to identify and develop processes and engagement to achieve good practices in the institute.
Work with Communications colleagues to ensure the research and consultancy services are promoted externally.
Work with the CEO to secure funding for the team’s activities into the longer term
Lead on identifying new business opportunities or services
Build and maintain good relationships with a range of key stakeholders
Develop our Associate consultants and researchers in collaboration with colleagues
Follow EIFTRI`s staff policies and work in line with its values.
Undertake any other tasks and duties which may arise from time to time, in line with the level of this post and as instructed by the CEO
Job Requirement
Education/Training: PHD or MA/MBA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, Microfinance Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Organizational Development, Marketing, Business Development
Experience: 8/10 years out of this two years in managerial position of related field in business organizations, consultancy forms or NGOs.
Location: Addis Ababa
Terms: Fixed term contract for one year with a strong possibility to extend based on performance. Manages: Consultancy and Research activities of the Institute
Position 4: – Junior Business Process support officer
Job Requirement
Educational Requirements: BA. Degree in Accounting and Finance/ Business management and other business related fields from a recognized University.
Experience: 0 year of work experience and must pass the exit exam from the respected institution

Job Requirement
Educational Requirements: BSc degree in computer science or related fields

Must have a good Knowledge about the e-tax, e-tass and also needs to be familiar with national tax regulations.
IFRS certification is advantageous
