Position 1: Sales Executive
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer relationship skills; proficiency in MS Office
- Experience: 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
Position 2: HVAC Technician
Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma or certification in HVAC Technology, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures
- Experience: 2–4 years in HVAC maintenance and repair; hotel or commercial building experience preferred
Position 3: Sales Executive
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer relationship skills; proficiency in MS Office
- Experience: 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
Position 4: Food & Beverage Supervisor (Only Female)
Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma/degree in Hospitality/F&B; supervisory, organizational & customer-service
- skills; knowledge of service & safety standards
- Experience: 3–5 yrs in F&B service with prior supervisory experience
Position 5: Assistant Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef
Job Requirement
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent; expertise in menu planning, food quality, hygiene & HACCP standards; leadership skills
- Experience: 6–8 yrs in professional kitchens; luxury/five-star hotels experience required
Position 6: Electrician
Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma/certification in Electrical Technology
- knowledge of hotel electrical systems & maintenance
- Experience: 2–4 yrs in electrical maintenance; hotel/commercial experience preferred
