ELNET Technology PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Positions.

Position 1: Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) Officer

Position Brief

We are looking for a CSR Officer to undertake the responsibility for developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company’s CSR Policy. You will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.

CSR Officer Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities. Ensuring the organization has a positive impact on local communities and the environment. Raising public awareness on the organization’s social responsibility commitments through public relations and marketing.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Develope and execute CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
  • Act as the focal point for the Organization’s CSR initiatives and build relationships with the community and all key stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promote best internal and external practices
  • Promote employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Work with marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote social oriented activities and volunteering
  • Driving budget & monitoring expenses to deliver results in line with the planned objectives

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience, or less if proven, within a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders as well as program beneficiaries.

Position 2: Financial Controller

Position Brief

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting, and recognition, etc.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Prepare and report timely monthly financial statements
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory responses.
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Additional controller duties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller or Head of accounting
  • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • Advanced degree in accounting
  • CPA (certified Public Accountant) preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with creating and reviewing financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
  • Excellent accounting, software user and administration skills

Position 3: Planning Officer

Position Brief

We are looking for a Planning Officer, to undertake responsibility in all aspects of planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting all projects within the organization.

Planning Officer Responsibilities will include coordinate people and processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired outcome.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance
  • Report to management
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties when needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive and updated project documentation

Qualifications:

  • Educational background preferably in the fields of business management and / or project management
  • Proven working experience as a project manager
  • Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of accounting is a plus
