Job Requirement
- Education: Degree, College diploma o or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management
- 1 year for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
- Qty: 3
Reports to: (SACCO- I) Branch Manager I
Salary based on scale of institution.
Place of work: Addis Ababa and Adama
Position 2: Branch Accountant I
Job Requirement
- Education: B.A Degree in Accounting. 1-year related work experience.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
- Qty: 3
Reports to: Branch Manager I

Position 3: Branch Manager I
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 2 years extensive experience in the related field.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset

Reports to: Operation Manager
Salary based on scale of institution.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Risk and Internal Audit
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 2 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asse
Reports to: Risk and Internal Audit Head/CEO
Salary based on scale of institution.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Project ManagerRisk and Internal Audit Head
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
Reports to: Board/CEO
Salary based on scale of institution.
Place of work: Addis Ababa and /Main Office
