Position 1: Mechanical Engineer
Job Summary
Essential Function
Performs valuation of collateral such as vehicles, Construction machines and industrial machines for finance and foreclosure ;
Prepares specifications, for Mechanical items which are going to be procured by the bank;
Carries out technical Evaluations of tenders floated by the bank;
Participates in the preparation and updating of valuation manuals ;
Maker checker responsibility, if necessary.
Performs other engineering related duties as required
Job Requirement
BA in Mechanical Engineering with 4 years of experience in relevant banking industry

Position 2: Manager-Relationship Management & District Performance Follow-up Division
Job Summary
Essential Function
Customer Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new customers to the bank.
Resource Mobilization: Mobilize resources (deposits, foreign currency, and share capital) in accordance with the given targets
Outline District Support: Manage relationships with corporate customers as per the requests of the outline district.
Relationship Management: Oversee relationship management for corporate customers within the district, ensuring their needs are met.
Team Efficiency: Asses the effectiveness of the District Relationship Management team and Special Branch Customer Relationship Managers.
Customer Service: Guarantee high service quality for valued customers and resolve complaints promptly.
Market Engagement: Establish relationships with key business influencers and maintain strong ties with existing customers.
Product Knowledge: Ensure high-value customers are informed about the latest products to maximize sales opportunities.
Customer Segmentation: Categorize and manage high-value customers based on segmentation parameters.
Business Development: Identify and explore growth opportunities, recommending strategies for cross-selling products and services.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess resource mobilization progress and district performance against predefined KPIs.
Coaching and Mentoring: Train and mentor branch sales representatives on effective sales techniques.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to evaluate district performance and develop reports for management.
Marketing Campaigns: Facilitate marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness in district offices.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with relationship management to minimize losses.
Strategic Planning: Develop improvement strategies for underperforming districts and branches.
Reporting: Produce reports on district financial and non-financial performance achievements.
Competency Development: Identify performance gaps and design strategies to address them.
Collaboration: Work closely with branches to support high-value customer engagement and relationship management.
Additional Duties: Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
MA/MBA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Any other related fields with 7.5 or BA in the same fields with 9.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry.
