Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Job Requirement:
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA requirement for male 3.00 and 2.75 for female applicants.
- No prior experience is required.
- Age = 30
- Exit Exam is required. (Mandatory)

Position 2: Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B
Job Requirements
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Job Requirements
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other related fields with 1.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 6 months on CSS position.

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C
Job Requirements
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience for male candidates, with 5.5 years of experience for female candidates or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience for male candidates, 7.5 years of experience for female candidates years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.

Position 5: Senior Innovation & Business Research Officer
Job Requirements
BA/MBA/MA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
