Position 1: Junior Procurement Officer (R-Advertised)
Essential Function:
- Compile procurement requests from departments, divisions and branches in different categories of goods/services;
- Collects material specification from user departments, and gets assistance from its Department when the goods are electronics.
- Assures the items requested by user departments are budgeted;
- Assesses the market before conducting procurement;
- Organizes suppliers’ lists with their details in different categories of supplies and services; identifies and lists suppliers who supply original (genuine) materials, and communicate it with his/her supervisor.
- Organizes quotations and Performa invoices from different suppliers as per the demands of the Bank;
- Presents quotations and Performa invoices to the senior procurement officer and to the procurement committee for action;
- Keeps track of procurement requests from different users and reminds the procurement officer and the senior procurement officer to address the requests;
- Takes part in procurement of goods/services in any form in assistance of the senior procurement officer and the procurement officer.
- Maintains records, collects necessary receipts on time, and sends to Finance & Accounts Department through store or directly attaching needful documents.
- .Handles any other related tasks when required by her/his supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Education: BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields
Work Experience: 4-6 months of experience in procurement and related fields, preferably in banking industry
Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Head office)
Position 2: Credit Analyst
Job Summary:
- Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
- Check the files received from Branches and ensure all relevant documents are attached in the file
- Inform applicants the documents required for loan processing(if the applicant approach directly CMD)
- Check the applicant’s request is within the credit policy and procedure of the Bank
- Check the applicant’s relationship with the Bank.
- Ensure all analysis report is finalized within the set loan processing time
- Solicit ideas and suggestions from customers to develop new credit products
- Suggest solutions if there is any bottle neck in the credit policy and procedure
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
Education: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields
Work Experience: with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer
Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Head office)
Position 3: Senior IT Risk Management Officer
Essential Function:
- Assisting in finding practical and cost effective solution to identity or revealed security and IT risk issues
- Understanding risk review of the IT control framework
- Building and maintain an external network with other senior IT risk professionals as well as applicants risk forum.

Job Requirement:
Education: BSC/MSC degree in computer Science, Information Technology Management information system or related field
Work Experience: 5.5/3.5 years relevant experience which two years in IT Risk/ Audit position.
