Position 1: – Senior Marketing Officer

Job Summery

Essential Function

Assist in development of short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance;

Assist the Marketing Manager in the co-ordination, organization and promotion of events and activities including attendance at external and internal events.

Evaluate events/marketing activities and related impact by writing reports to feedback information, impact assessment and to inform future development.

Responsible for maintaining consistency and alignment of all marketing activities across all channels with the overall direction of the endorsed brand architecture and style guides;

Develop various proposals which enable to enhance the bank’s brand and overall growth by creating favorable team spirit;

Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance the Bank’s image and position within the market and the general public and measure the success of each implemented program;

Identify and implement systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services;

Sets targets, develops KPIs, monitors and reports on overall performance of product and branding campaigns and agencies using a variety and combination of measures;

Responsible for integrated product marketing campaigns and initiatives with clearly defined objectives for growth, retention and value delivered within agreed budgets and aligned to the overarching brand strategy and business objectives;

Job Requirement

Education and Qualification

BA/MBA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management and any other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 year as a relevant officer position.

Position 2: – Senior Customer Service Officer

Job Summery

Essential Function

Analyze business processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness.

Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.

Analyze customer service needs by building communicative and open relationships..

Facilitate adherence to customer service standard.

Monitor lapses in delivery of products and services to customers.

Plan delivery of services that meet customer requirements.

Resolve customer relationship management conflicts.

Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from customers and give them the right answers and directions

Give accurate direction and support to the division to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals

Carefully identify problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment in connection with customer service

Make use of proven business techniques in the identification of lapses and loop holes in the organization’s customer service division and recommend better strategies that will yield better results

Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with clients, convince them of all benefits of doing business with the Bank and create an open and accessible communication rout for free flow of information

Support employees with the rules and regulations of the organization in order to enable them work in accordance with acceptable standards as this will affect their level of productivity and performance in customer service .

Position 3: – Communication Officer

Job Summery

Essential Function

Develop communications plans including strategy, goals, budget and tactics

Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

Oversee all public relations activities

Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media

Create content for company and client press releases, press kits, articles and publications and keynote presentations

Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results

Undertake and follow up the proper executions of Bank’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Bank

Follow up the appearance and consistency of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc are executed as per the bank’s manual

Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

Lead preparation of the Bank communication publications for both internal and external purpose;

Lead the content development and supervision the Bank website;

Position 4: – Audio Visual Officer

Job Summery

Essential Function

Schedules uses for audio-visual (AV) equipment.

Sets up and calibrates equipment for use.

Identifies causes for AV problems and resolves the issues.

Operates equipment as needed for various meetings and events.

Provides instructions for the operation of equipment to non-AV employees.

Designs, plans, and oversees regular and special AV portions of events.

Develops, tests, edits, and produces presentations and other multi-format resources.

Takes photographs and videos to be used in AV presentations, publications, or other resources.

Organize and make proper documentation of all media resources both in hard and soft copy for future reference

Must be able to travel to various locations to perform photography, videography, studio, or darkroom work.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summery

Essential Function

Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

Responsible to work on wide ranges of undertakings & medias to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet the Bank business goals

Collaborate, and brainstorm with relevant teams to develop designs for a wide range of materials that may include web page, social Medias, events, posters, online banners, presentations, signage, internal communication, print Medias, and other appropriate marketing materials

Ensure high-quality designs that meet organizational standards and brand identity, express ideas accurately, and represent the Bank by obtaining input from management or relevant body.

Designing promotional leaflets and brochures, and overall creation of cohesive design.

Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout

Manage the design and uploading process of all outputs, understanding best practices for using a content management system

Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software’s. Especially with mock-ups, web design, and multimedia presentation.

Work independently and cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines.

Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

BA in Graphic Design, Art, and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.

Position 6: Manager, Customer Service Management Division

Job Summery

Essential Function

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures;

Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities define and communicate customer service standards;

Responsible to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth;

Establishes a channel for collecting customer feedbacks & reflect up on the feedbacks collected such as establish and manage customer free call-center;

Conduct customer satisfaction survey for every customer group;

Continuously monitors branches performance with respect to customer service;

Assesses relevant customer, competitor and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and grow deposits;

Skill on computing, supervisory & team building, analysis.

Position 7: Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summery

Essential Function

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
