Ephtah Specialty Coffee would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Head of sustainability

About You

Job requirements:

• Experience in acquiring and maintaining Rainforest Alliance certification
• Minimum 5 years working in sustainability, ideally within the coffee sector
• High levels of personal motivation + initiative
• Willingness to travel outside of Addis Ababa regularly

Fluency in Amharic is required; proficiency in English is also required.

Position 2: Head of Warehouse

About You

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in coffee, agricultural commodities, or export operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with green coffee handling, grading, and export logistics is highly desirable.
