Position 1: Junior Accountant
Job Requirements:
Education level and Experience Required
BA Degree in Accounting /Financial Management and Related field studies and
Two (2) years’ Experience
Location: Head Office
Reports to: General Accounts/Cost and Budget, Head
Terms of Employment: Full time
Essential Functions:
Under Close Supervision of General accounts Head, Junior Accountant duties of routine nature such as receive transaction on prime Register, checking correctives of calculation, addition updating register recording stock card and pricing issue as per written instruction provided. She/he is responsible to maintain delivery order, memordum register and references delivery order check and payments,
Duties and Responsibility:
- Check correctives of price, calculation and addition on sales invoice and Vendor payment
- Maintain delivery and purchases order register and reference delivery order to credit sales invoice and payment .
- Record daily Production quantities in production RegisterUpdate Memorandum records of supplier credit invoice .
- Record on direct and indirect material purchases payment.Verify, post and submit check and cash payment, voucher together with necessity supporting document to General accounts Division.
- Update the finished record card daily from finished goods received notes in respect production cash sales invoice ,delivery order, credit sales invoice etc
- Maintain GRN memorandum, Register and Record in strict to numerical sequence
- check credit sales and payment register total for General Ledger and sub ledger posting
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
Position 2: Senior Auto Electrician
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
This position highly requires integrity and a motivated individual with knowledge of market situations, well organized, and experiences working in factory or business entities.
Education level and experiences
College Diploma /TVET level 4/ Diploma in auto Electricity with 3 years relevant work experience.
Reports to: Automotive Maintenance foreman
Location: Plant site, Chancho/Ginbicho
Essential Functions:
Under the general supervisor of her/his supervisor,Auto Electrician performs the maintenance and repair of vehicles and electric systems in motor vehicles in a safe, efficient and economical manner. She/he also works to the highest standards with minimum supervision to achieve an acceptable level of work throughout through maintaining quality standards at all time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains, adjusts, repairs and/or services electrical malfunctions in quarry equipments and motor vehicles;
- Applies in a logical and progressive manner the appropriate diagnosis techniques to determine the cause or causes of electrical malfunctions of quarry equipments and vehicles;
- Ensures that all repairs and maintenance performed exceed the minimum standards define by the factory;Applies safe working policies and procedures at all times ;
- Takes good care of assigned tools;
- Prepares periodic reports and submits to the mediate supervisor
Position 3: Senior Auto Mechanic
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in automobile engineering and work experience in the above mentioned equipment for at least 10 years.
Reports to: Automotive Maintenance foreman
Location: Chanch/ Gembechu, Derba (Oromia)
Essential Functions
Under the general direction of the, the Automotive Maintenance Foreman, Senior Auto mechanic supervises the maintenance and mechanical operation of various automotive equipment. She/he performs the maintenance and repair of vehicles in a safe, efficient and economical way. She/he assists in maintaining the vehicles to the highest standards with minimum supervision to achieve an acceptable level of work through whist maintaining quality standards at all times.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Periodical maintenance of Heavy earth moving equipment like Doosan loaders, excavators & Atlas Copco compressors & drilling machines, DG sets.
- Analyses engineering problems using mechanical engineering techniques.
- Prepares and maintains documents and instructions for installation and maintenances.
- Participates in developing and maintaining schedules and budgets.
- Perform other activities as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.
Position 4: Foreign Purchase Officer
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in automobile engineering and work experience in the above mentioned equipment for at least 10 years.
Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Department Manager, the Foreign Purchase Officer Plans and implements foreign purchases activities. The incumbent facilitates the purchase of row materials and other goods from the foreign market on the bases of specifications of submitted by requesting departments. He/she is responsible to prepare complete and accurate data on commodities to be procured from abroad, participates in the compilation and preparation of bid documents, the advertisement and soliciting of quotations from prospective suppliers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitates the purchase of row materials and other goods from the foreign market on the bases of specifications of submitted by requesting department
- Prepares complete and accurate data on commodities to be procured from abroad, the compilation and preparation of bid documents, the advertisement and soliciting of quotations from prospective suppliers;
- Ensures the timely and correct securing of bank permits for the purchase of commodities, the opening of letters of credit, invoices, bill of lading, insurance documents, etc;
- Reviews and handles all relevant correspondence with suppliers, insurance companies and transit agencies with regard to prompt delivery of goods, clearance of shipments, claims of short-leading and/ or damage.
- Follows up the timely implementation of purchase orders up to delivery and notifies appropriate authorities in case irregularities of delivery, etc.,
- Liaises with transit agencies to ensure timely arrival of goods at port, their systematic clearance from customs for immediate delivery at the factory stories;
- Oversees the proper maintenance and custody of all records, purchases orders, shipping papers, bank instruments and insurance documents relating to foreign purchase;
- Conducts surveys regarding the supply situation in the market and assesses market prices and the degree of fluctuation and submit the same with recommendation to his immediate supervisor for appropriate action;
- Delivers all items purchased to storekeeper against signed goods receipt note (GRN) and submits all cash invoice with GRN to the Procurement Division Head for approval and signature;
- Prepress daily unutilized cash together with approved cash invoices and GRN of materials purchased to cashier and clears his liabilities;
- Prepares periodic reports of foreign purchase activities and prepares annual budget requirements
Terms of Employment: Permanent
