Position 1: Pedagogy Head
Job Requirement
B.A. in Arts and Crafts or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a school environment in pedagogy
Position 2: Librarian
Job Requirement
B.Ed./BA/B.Sc./ M.Sc./M.A./ in Library Science/Information Systems or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Librarian
Position 3: Guidance and Counselor
Job Requirement
B.Ed./BA/B.Sc./ M.Sc./M.A./ in Counseling Psychology or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a guidance and counselor in a school environment
Position 4: KAccountant
Job Requirement
B.A. in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Position 5: Primary School Directors and Unit Leaders
Job Requirement
M.A. in Educational Planning and Management (EDPM) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in administrating renowned primary private schools
Position 6: Kindergarten Main Teachers
Job Requirement
Diploma/Certificate in Pre-Primary Teaching or related field of study with ZERO years of experience with an excellent command of speaking and writing English language
Position 7: School Directors and Unit Leaders
Job Requirement
B.A./ M.A. in Educational Planning and Management (EDPM) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in administrating renowned KG private schools
Position 8: Assistant Teachers (Primary and Kindergarten)
Job Requirement
Fresh graduates with any field of study.
Willing to take part in a one-week long training session on Teaching Methodologies and other relevant topics related to the job. This will be organized by the academy and contractual agreement will be issued for competent candidates afterwards. All participants will be issued Certificate of Completion.

Job Requirement
BEd. or B.Sc. Degree with PGDT Diploma
English, Amharic, Mathematics, Geography, Citizenship, General Science, HPE, Career and Technical Education, Performing and Visual Art, Music and ICT Teacher
