Position 1: – Accountant
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance field of study from a recognized University.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year service in Business Organization.
Insurance experience for all job positions is preferable
Additional qualities and competencies required
- Ability to plan, standardize, execute & administer own activities
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the financial management regulation, policies and procedures of the Company and NBE;
- Considerable share management principles and practices
- Knowledge of insurance industry and governing directives
- Good knowledge of design develops, test & implement new software program and database for System Administration Officer.
- Highly oriented in customer service
- Ability to identify & resolve problems
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Good knowledge of computer application
- Dedication, hardworking capacity, Dependable & Team Player
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: – Senior System Administrator
Job Requirement
Qualification: BSC in Computer science, Software Engineering or related field of study from a recognized University
Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in system administration.
Insurance experience for all job positions is preferable
Additional qualities and competencies required
- Ability to plan, standardize, execute & administer own activities
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the financial management regulation, policies and procedures of the Company and NBE;
- Considerable share management principles and practices
- Knowledge of insurance industry and governing directives
- Good knowledge of design develops, test & implement new software program and database for System Administration Officer.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year in the immediate lower position or equivalent.
Insurance experience for all job positions is preferable
Additional qualities and competencies required
- Ability to plan, standardize, execute & administer own activities
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the financial management regulation, policies and procedures of the Company and NBE;
- Considerable share management principles and practices
- Knowledge of insurance industry and governing directives
