Position 1: System Administration Officer
Job Requirement
- Education: A minimum of BSC degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer science, Computer Engineering or Other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year Service in the company
Additional qualities & abilities are required
- Good knowledge of Coordinating and Supervising of Recruitment, Promotion, Transfer, Leave, Medical, Termination, Pension and other aspects of Human Capital Management.
- Plans organizational HC budgets, forecasting costs
- Highly skilled and experienced on system administration for the proactive management, performance & security
- Good database systems and underlying IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of computer application skill
- Dependable & Team player
Salary and Benefits-: As per the company salary scale and benefits package.
Place of Work-: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior System Administration Officer
Job Requirement
- Education: A minimum of BSC degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer science, Computer Engineering or Other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Experience: A minimum of four(4) successive years of work experience in middle and Junior level Database/System Administration or equivalent roles and a minimum of one year service in the company
Additional qualities & abilities are required
- Good knowledge of Coordinating and Supervising of Recruitment, Promotion, Transfer, Leave, Medical, Termination, Pension and other aspects of Human Capital Management.
- Plans organizational HC budgets, forecasting costs
- Highly skilled and experienced on system administration for the proactive management, performance & security

- Good knowledge of computer application skill

Position 3: Manager, Human Capital Administration Division
Job Requirement
- Education: A minimum of BA/MA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 8/6 years of work experience for BA or Masters degree holders, out of which at least four(4) years experience for BA degree holders and 3 years experience for Masters degree holders in a senior /principal level in similar role and a minimum of one year service in the company.
Additional qualities & abilities are required
- Good knowledge of Coordinating and Supervising of Recruitment, Promotion, Transfer, Leave, Medical, Termination, Pension and other aspects of Human Capital Management.
