Ethio-Life Insurance SC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Engineering officer-I
Qualification: MSC/BCS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related fields of study from a recognize University
Work Experience: A minimum of 2(two) year of relevant work experience as surveyor or equivalent in the insurance Company
Additional qualities & abilities required:
Considerable knowledge of surveying and assessment or investigation techniques
Ability to conduct risk assessment
Considerable negotiation and human relation skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Dependable and team player
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Reinsurance officer-I
Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statics or other related fields of study from a recognized University
Work Experience: A minimum of 2/two/ years of relevant work experience in the insurance Operation
Additional qualities & abilities required:
Excellent knowledge of insurance business, reinsurance principle and practice
Ability to analyze facts and to make sound judgment
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skill
Dependable and team player
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Reinsurance officer
Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Statics, Marketing, Economics or other related fields of study from a recognize University
Work Experience: A minimum of 5(five) years of relevant work experience in insurance operation
Additional qualities & abilities required:
Excellent knowledge of insurance business, reinsurance principle and practice
Ability to analyze facts and to make sound judgment
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skill
Dependable and team player
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Manager, Claim Division
Qualification: BA/BSC degree and above in Management, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Statics or other related fields of Study from a recognized University
Work Experience: A minimum of 8/eight/ years of relevant work experience; out of which 2 years as a senior position in the insurance company
Additional qualities & abilities required
Broad knowledge of insurance business
Thorough knowledge of claims management method
Good knowledge of company policies regarding claims
Ability to effectively negotiate with clients
Ability to make timely decision
Analytical, interpersonal and good communication skill
