Position: Warehouse Storekeeper
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Supplies management or related fields
- Two (2) years’ related work Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch & Receiving Execution
- Follow Warehouse SOPs perfectly, such as dispatching and receiving SOPs, including creating a DO on the system and printing an ERCA invoice for each customer.
- Organize, compile, and send physical documents to head office.
- Report incidents, issues, or challenges to manager.
Inventory Management Execution
- Follow Warehouse SOPs perfectly, such as stacking safety and stock count procedures, including 2 teams of independent counters
- Monitor feed stock and notify manager of low-stock to prevent stock outage
- Safely stack feed to support FIFO method and inventory management best practices
- Make sure the inventory balance of each feed depot is updated consistently and report monthly stock balance and accruals of the feed depot
Warehouse Maintenance
- Follow Warehouse SOPs perfectly, such as warehouse security and maintenance
- Reporting any infrastructure damages to building, holes in roof, walls, broken windows, etc. to manager
- Ensure warehouse floor is clean of spills and debris
