Ethioder is a wholly owned and operated Ethiopian company who provide turnkey and full logistics management services for a wide range of markets, including oil and gas, mining, construction, geo thermal and power industries. We combine the global experience of our core team with a high degree of local expertise and knowledge, key elements of success in any project.
Position 1: Sales Officers
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in sales of ceramic tiles, building materials, sanitary ware, or construction related products is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Odoo, is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment
Required: (12 Positions)
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Logistics Technical / Fleet Assistant
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Certificate or diploma in:
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Transport Management
- Fleet Management
- Automotive or Mechanical Studies (advantage)
Experience (often preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or fleet support
- Experience assisting with vehicle inspections or maintenance coordination
- Exposure to warehouse or distribution operations (advantage)
Technical & Professional Skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules
- Understanding of fleet operations and transport regulations
- Ability to keep accurate records (fuel usage, mileage, service logs)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, fleet or logistics software)
- Knowledge of inventory and spare-parts tracking.
