    ✈️ Ethiopian Airlines – Call for Assessment & Pre-Training

    Ethiopian Airlines Group invites shortlisted candidates who have applied and completed the required assessments at different regional stations for the following ET-Sponsored training programs:

    • Cabin Crew Trainee – Different Regions
    • Trainee Pilot Candidates
    • AMT Modularized & AC Mechanic Trainee – Different Regions

    Candidates whose names are listed in the official schedule are requested to report to the Head Office as per their assigned date and time.

    Candidates must refer to their specific date and time schedule provided in the official table.

    🔎 Assessment & Pre-Training Process

    Depending on the position applied for, candidates will proceed through the following stages:

    • Cabin Crew Trainee & AMT/AC Mechanic Trainee
      • Medical Assessment
      • Language Assessment
      • Further processes will be communicated to successful candidates
    • Trainee Pilot Candidates
      • Simulator (FTD) Assessment
      • Language Proficiency Assessment
      • Medical Assessment
      • Successful candidates will be contacted for the next stage accordingly
    📌 Mandatory Requirements

    All shortlisted candidates must strictly comply with the following requirements:

    • Arrive on time as per the scheduled date and time. Late arrivals will not be entertained.
    • Bring all original educational documents along with copies, including:
      • Birth Certificate
      • 8th Grade Ministry Card
      • 10th & 12th Grade National Examination Certificates
      • Diploma/Degree (if applicable)
      • Marital Status Certificate/Letter from concerned government office (if applicable)
    • Bring original renewed Kebele ID card with copies (front and back).
    • Bring five (5) recent passport-size photographs with proper grooming.
    • Appear in proper business attire and professional grooming:
      • Male candidates: Clean-cut hair and fully shaved beard.
      • Female candidates: Formal hairstyle and professional dressing style.
    ⚠️ Important Notice
    • Candidates who fail to meet the above requirements will be automatically disqualified.
    • Any candidate found to have submitted false, edited, or forged information at any stage of the selection process will have their eligibility canceled. This may result in termination from the process or training upon discovery.
