Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Quality and Safety Assurance Officer
Qualification Requirements:
BSC degree in Food Science/Biology/or any related field of study from a recognized college/university with a minimum of two years’ experience in food services/ food Quality Assurance/Cook capacity with HACCP & GMP standards.
OR
A minimum of College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate per the old/new curriculum in Food preparation/Foreign Dish Cooking/Ethiopian Cultural Food preparation/Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making/Hotel Operation/or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/University with a minimum of Four years relevant experience in food service/Food Quality Assurance/Cook capacity with HACCP & GMP standards.
AGE LIMIT: 18 UP TO 35 YEARS OLD (INCLUSIVE).
LANGUAGE: Knowledge of ET working Language English Mandatory.

Position 2: Production Planner I
Qualification Requirements:
A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate in Food Preparation/ Foreign Dish Cooking/Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation/Confectionary/ Baking and Pastry Making or any related field of Study from a recognized Catering Institute with a minimum of two years experience in known food preparation areas.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
AGE LIMIT
18 – 35 Years Old Inclusive
REGISTRATION DATE
From July 25, 2025, to July 31, 2025
Position 3: Assistant Cook
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of Level II Certificate in Food Preparation/ Kitchen Operation / Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation/Confectionery/Baking and Pastry or any related field of study from recognized Catering Institute/TVET/ College with a minimum of one year related experience in known organization.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
AGE LIMIT
18 – 35 Years Old Inclusive
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Fixed term Contract
