Position 1: Senior Accountant
Brief Job Description:
- Draft/revise finance and accounting manual of the Fund;
- Periodically update financial transaction of the Fund;
- Periodically preparing financial statements of the Fund;
- Conducting financial analysis and projections;
- Assess the sources and uses of funds and prepare periodic operational and capital budgets of the Fund;
- Monitor proper implementation of operational and capital budget and produce progress report;
- Make periodic financial adjustments when required;
- Follow-up and/or monitor timely collection of receivables and payment periodic payments;
- Properly document financial documents;
- Work to automate financial and accounting system of the Fund; and
- Carryout any other accounting and finance related duties as assigned by the Fund.

Required minimum educational qualification and Work Experience
- 1st degree and above in Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business. Administration or Business Management or related fields
- Having IFRS Training Certification.
- Having Basic Computer Training Certificate
- Minimum of 4/6 years of experience in accounting and finance and related area for 2nd Degree or1st Degree holder, respectively, in a central bank, a bank or a microfinance institutions.

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Officer
Brief Job Description:
- Draft/revise human resource management manual of the Fund;
- Prepare annual human resource requirement plan of the Fund;
- Prepare periodic plan and progress report on human resource management of the Fund;
- Handle employee requirement, selection, and promotion;
- Properly document employee records and files;
- Organize, coordinate and handle staff orientation, training and development;
- Organize, coordinate and handle periodic staff performance appraisal;
- Periodically prepare and implement payrolls of the Fund;
- Monitor staff leave, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues; and
- Carryout any other human resource management related duties as assigned by the Fund.

Required minimum educational qualification and Work Experience:
- 1st Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or Business Management.

Position 3: Senior Internal Auditor and Risk Management Officer
Brief Job Description:
- Periodically conduct auditing on policies & procedures, internal process, system and technology of the Fund and give recommendations;
- Periodically conduct auditing different practices, reporting, records, transactions of the Fund and give recommendations;
- Conduct compliance assessment to check whether the Fund is operating in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, directives, policies and procedures;
- Prepare audit report based on the periodic auditing of the operation of the Fund;
- Periodically conduct risk assessment, identify risks and coordinate risk management of the Fund;
- Periodically prepare risk assessment report;
- Draft policies and procedures on internal auditing and risk management of the Fund;
- Follow-up to check whether the recommendations of internal audit and risk management are properly implemented by the Fund; and
- Carry out any other duties that are within the scope of internal audit and risk management function and as requested by the Fund.

Required minimum educational qualification and Work Experience:
First degree and above in Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.

Position 4: Executive Secretory
Brief Job Description:
- Draft and type/write emails, memos and letter as per the request of the CEO of the Fund;
- Develop and implement office administration procedures and recording systems;
- Maintaining agenda and assist in planning appointments, board and management meetings, and conferences;
- Greet visitors and direct them to the CEO or appropriate departments or individuals;
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email;
- Book meeting rooms;
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying;
- Organize and distribute messages; and
- Carry out any other duties that are within the scope of executive secretory and requested by the CEO of the Fund.

Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years
Type of employment: Permanent
Required minimum educational qualification and Work Experience:
- Diploma and above in Customer Contact and Secretarial Operation Coordination, Secretarial Science, Administrative Secretary, Office Administration and Secretarial Science, Administrative Services Management and Technology System, and Business Administration.
- 8/4 years of relevant experience for diploma or 1st degree holder respectively, of which 2/3 years as senior administrative assistant/senior secretarial services.
