Following economic liberalization, it was reconstituted as a public enterprise in 1994 under Proclamation No. 201/94.
EIC is currently undergoing an organizational transformation aimed at enhancing customer service improving responsiveness, reliability, and user experience and introducing process improvements through modernized systems, workflows, and broader outreach initiatives.
Ethiopian Insurance Corporation would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Young Professionals Program
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or related fields.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- 2025 graduate (2017 E.C.)
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
- The Young Professionals (Pre‑Service) Program targets outstanding 2025 graduates in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Over six months, participants will:
- Receive extensive on-the-job training across underwriting, claims, finance, digital operations, and risk management
- Participate in classroom & Practical learning on soft skill and receive mentorship from experienced EIC professionals
- Rotate through multiple departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of EIC’s operations
- Up on successful completion of the training trainees will be assigned to a department that aligns with their strengths and EIC’s strategic goals upon program completion.
Over six months, participants will:
