Position 1: Senior Talent Acquisitions and Employee Services Officer
Job Requirement
Qualification: Degree in Human resources, management, business administration
Work experience and skills: 2 years of experience.in Talent acquisition /recruitment /training &Development
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions and make decisions quickly and effectively.
High level of integrity and ethical standards, and commitment to promoting a culture of honesty and transparency within the organization.

Position 2: Chief Operations Officer
Job Requirement
Qualification: Degree in marketing, accounting, management Masters in business administration, marketing, business development
Work experience and skills:
- Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of operations management principles and techniques, including supply and distribution processes, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Able to interpret financial data and use it to inform operational decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s operational goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.

Position 3: Financial Control and Reporting Manager
Job Requirement
Qualification: Degree in accounting and finance
Work experience and skills: 4 years of experience.
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire employees, make tough decisions and manage conflicts.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
