Position: Temporary Data Encoder (10 Working Days)
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Have iHRIS web exposure in volunteer or any especially in CSO environment
- No prior work experience is required.
Required Application Documents
Interested and qualified applicants are invited to submit the following:
- An application letter explaining their suitability for the position.
- An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with at least three professional references.
- Copies of relevant academic and professional credentials.
- Any Supporting documents
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data in the iHRIS system accurately and efficiently.
- Support the generation of certificates through the iHRIS platform.
- Review records to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information handled.
- Perform other related duties as assigned during the assignment period.
Duration: Ten (10) Working Days
Location: Addis Ababa
Deadline: July 30, 2026
