Position 1: Social Worker
About You
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Public Health, Development Studies, Disability Studies, Project Management, or a closely related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social work, case management, or community-based support services.
- Experience working with children, persons with disabilities, or other vulnerable groups is required.
- Experience in psychosocial support delivery is a strong advantage.
Position 2: Project Coordinator
About You
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Public Health, Development Studies, Disability Studies, Project Management, or a closely related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management within an NGO or development organization.
- Demonstrated experience working with persons with disabilities, children, or vulnerable populations.
- Experience in financial management and budget monitoring.
- Prior experience working with Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) programs is a strong advantage.
Position 3: Inclusion officer
About You
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Special need ,Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Development Studies, Disability Studies, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social inclusion, disability programs, WASH, or humanitarian work.
- Experience working with community-based organizations and vulnerable populations is desirable.
Position 4: CBR worker
About You
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Community Health, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Disability Studies, or a related field.
- A completed secondary education (Grade 10 or above) combined with relevant CBR or community work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community health, CBR, social work, or community development work.
- Experience working directly with children, persons with disabilities, or marginalized community members is required.
- Prior CBR training or experience is a strong advantage.
