Position 1: – Junior IT Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer system, Information System with 0 years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 2 years of experience
Strong understanding of operations management principles and techniques, including supply and distribution processes, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s operational goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and services.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to IT-related queries and incidents, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.
Design and implement IT solutions that meet the organization’s needs and align with industry best practices.
support and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and systems from potential threats.
Monitor network and system activities to detect and prevent security breaches.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
Contribute to the development of the organization’s IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap.
Provide on-site warranty evaluation and repairs on institution owned equipment.
Perform system maintenance and updates as appropriate.
Expert knowledge of maintaining and debugging live software systems
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Position 2: – Child Care Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma In Nursing with 1 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Provide constant supervision and ensure the safety of children in the childcare facility.
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and indoor play.
Assist in educational activities and promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including diaper changing, hand washing, and serving meals/snacks following health and safety guidelines.
Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on children’s progress and any issues that may arise.
Ensure that all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed diligently.
Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and daily activities.
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Position 3: – Child Care Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Nursing , Psychology, Sociology with 2 years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 4 years of experience
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety, security, and overall well-being. Monitor children’s activities, behavior, and interactions to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
Build trusting relationships with children and provide emotional support.
Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior reinforcement. Work with children to develop appropriate social skills and conflict-resolution techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child’s progress, behavior, and development. Prepare reports and documentation for internal records.
Handle crises or emergencies appropriately, following established protocols and procedures. Ensure the safety of children and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
Serve as an advocate for children within the facility or organization, ensuring that their needs and rights are respected. Liaise with external agencies, such as social workers or healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for the children.
Organize and participate in recreational and leisure activities for children to promote physical and social development.
Maintain regular communication with the parents or guardians of the children, providing updates on their progress and addressing any concerns.
