EthSwitch is mandated to Create Interoperability between financial institutions, Implement Domestic Payment Scheme, provide National Payment Gateway, serve as Central Inter connectivity for clearing & settlement and provide Shared Platform /Infrastructure services.

EthSwitch would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Cleaner/ Messenger I
(for definite period of Two years)
Qualification:
Elementary School complete.
The main responsibilities of Cleaner/Messenger are to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, following well established routines, in an assigned building or building areas using proper methods and materials in cleaning. S/he also serves as an office messenger within the building of the company.
People required: 6
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Security Guard
Qualification:
Elementary School Complete
Some experience is an advantage
Special training:
Basic military training.
Responsible for protecting company premises, assets, and people. Ensures gates, doors, and equipment are secure, checks visitors and vehicles, and reports suspicious activity. Maintains a polite and respectful approach while ensuring safety at all times.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Domestic Payment Scheme Expert
Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in payment systems, digital financial services, or scheme management.
3+ years hands-on experience with React or AngularJS front-end development.
Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design and end-to-end web portal delivery.
Core Technical Competencies:
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based design.
Proficiency in ReactJS or AngularJS frameworks with hands-on implementation.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and secure front-end integration practices (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
UI/UX tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Git, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end testing tools (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
Location: Addis Ababa
