Position 1: Accountant II
Job Summary:
The Accountant II assists and advises the Finance Division Manager in designing andmaintaining effective financial and accounting system. S/he is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, payment and accounts related records and other files related with auditing and budgeting and ensure that all deliverables comply with regulatory guidance and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor and customer relations.
Prepare and review detailed journal entries.
Performs accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report accounting data.
Undertakes cash flow forecasts and ensues that sufficient fund is available to meet the needs of clients and financial obligations.
Ensures that all transactions are properly backed up by adequate source documents; expenses are within approved budget and are approved by duly authorized person

Education: BA in Accounting, Finance and Accounting or related fields of studies
Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience

Position 2: Senior Public Relations Officer
Job Summary
The Senior Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing the Company’s public image and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and the public. The role involves designing and implementing PR strategies, handling communications, and ensuring timely dissemination of accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the Company’s reputation.
Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, organizing press events, and responding to inquiries.
Analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns using metrics and feedback.
Serve as a spokesperson when required, ensuring effective representation of the company.
Monitor and manage the company’s online presence, including social media channels.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing market research plans and methodologies to gather data on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis;

Lead, mentor, and manage the database administration team, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities;
