Position 1: Chief Accountant
Qualifications:
BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance role.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Peach-tree, Sage & other ERP/accounting systems.
Knowledge of Ethiopian financial and tax regulations.
Position 2: Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,
Short courses or certification in Hospitality/Food & Beverage accounting
Level Years of Experience Notes
Required 3–4 years in a general accounting role Solid grounding in journal entries, reconciliations,
Preferred +1 year specifically in F&B, hospitality, or retail Familiarity with POS systems, inventory‐to‐cost workflows, petty cash management
Comfortable with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
Experience with cafe/restaurant POS (e.g., Loyverse, Toast)
Position 3: Executive Secretary & Office Coordinator
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Position 4: Junior Digital Content Creator/Manager
Education & Experience:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital content creation or social media management.
Previous internship or freelance experience in tech or F&B industries is a plus.
