Position 1: National Sales Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience in telecom or FMCG distribution, with at least 4 years in a senior/national sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of telecom products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading successful sales teams.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
Position 2: Business Development Manager
Qualifications and Essential Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business or relevant fields with 5 years’ work experience on business development within Tech sectors
Strong networking and negotiation skills
A team player with a can-do attitude and a solution-focused mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
