Position 1: IT Officer
KEY ACTIVITIES
Operations Support
a) Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
b) Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
c) Assist staff with technical issues.
d) Train staff on new software.
e) Guide staff through new IT procedures.
f) Maintain communication on any changes in IT.
g) Repair and recover hardware and software failures.
h) Responsible for office IT Troubleshooting and support;
i) Provide regular overview of integration of registered software to third parties.
Maintenance
j) Apply upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
k) Manage network infrastructure and vending systems.
l) Implement and monitor network security.
m) Configure / add new IT services as necessary.
n) Upgrade and configure system software that supports all infrastructure applications per project or operational needs.
o) Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
p) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology.
q) Responsible for IT asset management and inventory of IT asset.
Other roles
r) Perform any other roles as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
3. QUALIFICATIONS
a) Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
b) At least 5 years’ experience in a similar function.
c) Experience in managing databases.
d) Certification by any relevant professional body.
4. KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
a) Ability to adapt, integrate, and modify existing programs or vendor-supplied packaged programs for use with existing information systems
b) Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks
c) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
d) Appropriate decision-making skills

f) Be able to portray prudent ethical practices

Salary: $1,500.00
Position 2: Senior Accountant
KEY ACTIVITIES
Compliance and reporting
a) Ensures that proper internal controls exist for all financial activities including compliance with Company financial regulations.
b) Prepare accurate financial reports as required by the Supervisor on daily, monthly or quarterly period in the assigned project/group.
c) Support audit and internal reviews processes and the resolution and closure of audit recommendation/corrective actions.
d) Analysis of financial statements to get recommendations and insights for management use in decision making. e) Works with the finance team to develop finance policies and procedures and ensure that these are being consistently followed – including customer and supplier contracts, purchase orders, credit control.
f) Preparing and remitting of cash flow analysis on a daily basis in the assigned project to the Assistant Head of Finance in the Group
g) Ensuring financial processes and procedures are adhered to in the assigned project
h) Preparing of asset schedules, maintaining asset register & ensuring accounting procedures are accurately undertaken within the assigned project
i) Preparing daily cash flow Statement for the assigned project(s).
j) Performing weekly and monthly reconciliations in the assigned project (s).
k) Preparing suppliers ageing analysis reports for the assigned project on a daily basis Payables
l) verifying and approving supplier invoices in the assigned project(s).
m) Reviewing and verifying invoices booked into the system by the junior accountants in the assigned project SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
n) Confirming cheques /Payment vouchers and verifying details of the same for the assigned project.
o) Reconciling supplier statements and preparing payments for the assigned project Receivables p) Reconciling customers account balances in the assigned project
q) Overseeing general Management of accounts Receivables
r) Verifying and approving of any amounts received in the system for the assigned project s) Raising of invoices as necessary within the project Bank Reconciliation
t) Ensuring posting of all financial transaction details into the accounting system for the assigned project u) Conducting monthly reconciliation of all the bank accounts for the assigned project
v) Conducting reconciliation of all the cash given to the project against the amounts withdrawn/Disbursed in the assigned project Other roles
w) Perform any other roles as may be assigned by the Supervisor or management team from time to time.
Job Requirements
3.. QUALIFICATIONS
a) Bachelor’s degree in Finance/accounting/Economics or any relevant field
b) Mandatory Professional Accounting trainings such as Certified Public Accountants CPA, ACCA, CA
c) At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role
d) Training in computerized accounting e) Conversant with taxation laws and statutory deductions
4. KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
f) Ability to adhere to company policy and procedures
g) Possess accounting ethos and integrity, maintaining confidentiality of financial data
h) Good Decision making skills.
i) Good problem solving skills
j) Good in oral and spoken communications skills

Salary: $1,500.00
Position 3: Head of Administration
Key Tasks include:
a) Presenting comprehensive and high-level weekly performance report to the G-COO of Ezra Group every Saturday.
b) Processing of work, residence, visa and registration permits and other related matters.
c) Liaising with hotels for Ezra Group staff in and outside South Sudan.
d) Work with critical project teams (falling under the COO Division) to provide administrative assistance through their project implementation phases in order to ensure efficiency in project delivery under budget, on time and within scope.
e) Maintain a reliable inventory of Ezra Group’s administrative policies and procedures manual.
f) Secure and maintain (year-on-year) an ISO (https://www.iso.org) Certification for Ezra Group.
g) Champion change towards process improvements in processes to achieve greater efficiency in using less resources (people, finances and time) to achieve what we did yesterday.
h) Make changes to increase efficiency in the workplace – be a change ambassador.
i) Manage travel and transport arrangements at Ezra Group.
j) Overseeing airport transfers.
k) Provide the team with office supplies required for operations such as stationery, kitchen supplies, toiletries and other consumables.
Job Requirements
a) A Bachelor’s degree
b) 10 years working experience
c) Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint; d) Proficiency in English and any other international language (for example Arabic, etc);
e) Extensive experience as an Executive Secretary in an intensely busy office to a C-Suite office holder within a mid to large corporate; and
e) Reporting experience to C-Suite members.
