Job Title: Finance & Admin Service Coordinator
The purpose of the position is to provide comprehensive programs support services focusing on finance, management, administration and logistics for effective operations for organizational functioning and effective service delivery at the Area Office level. As such the Finance and Administration Service Head will be responsible for the overall success of the realization of the objective of the area office in the areas of finance, human resource administration and supplies as specified in both FGAE strategic and annual program plan. The incumbent will spearhead the overall planning and proper implementation of the Human Resource and financial manuals of the Association.
MBA/MSc/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
4(four) years for MBA/MSc/MA of which 2(two) years graduation in Master’s degree , or 6(six) years experience for BA after graduation, shall possess an extensive experiences in same or similar position in the NGO sector or donor funded project.
Knowledge of human, Financial & supplies management, coordination & management with major decision makers are key. Computer skill in relevant sunSytem software is desired.
