Position 1: Electrical Engineer
Job Requirement
Professional Back Ground and Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Professional certification or licensure as an Electrical Engineer (preferred).
Strong understanding of electrical design, control systems, and electrical codes.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications.
Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Identify areas for improvement in existing electrical systems and recommend solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.

Work experience: At least four years’ experience

Position 2: Human Resource Management Officer
Job Requirement
Professional Back Ground and Minimum Requirements: BA or MA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, interviewing, and orientation of new employees.
Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Plan and coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
Work experience: At least four years’ experience

Duty station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Planning and programming officer
Job Requirement
Professional Back Ground and Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics and Statistics
Responsibility:
Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates strategic operational and administrative programs, projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization.
Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
Provides strategic advice and consultation to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of modifications and enhancements to existing operations, systems, and procedures. Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures
