አመልካቾች የትምህርት ማስረጃ የማይመለስ ፎቶ ኮፒ ከዋናው ማስረጃ ጋር፣ የግል ሁኔታ መግለጫ(CV) በማያያዝ በግንባር በመቅረብ ወይም በመልዕክተኛ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ።
አመልካቾች ከሚሰሩበት ተቋም የመልካም ሥነ-ምግባር ማረጋገጫ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
የሚቀርቡ የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃዎች ግልጽ፣ ስርዝ ድልዝ የሌለውና መንግስታዊ ካልሆኑ የግል ድርጅቶች የሚቀርቡ ማስረጃዎች የሥራ ግብር የተከፈለበት መሆኑን የሚገልጽ መሆን አለበት፣
የምዝገባ ቦታ በዋናው መ/ቤት የሰው ሀብት ሥራ አመራር ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 900 ይሆናል።
