Gadaa Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Trainee Banker
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study,
CGPA for female 3.00 & above and for male 3.25 & above,
Exit exam result is mandatory,
Grade 8th certificate mandatory,
Age below 30 (inclusive),
Year of graduation is 2025 only and
Zero year experience.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches
Position 2: IT Trainee
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
BSc degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related field of study.
CGPA for female 3.00 & above and for male 3.25 & above,
Exit exam result is mandatory,
Grade 8th certificate mandatory,
Age below 30 (inclusive),
Year of graduation is 2025 only and
Zero year experience.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches
Position 3: Management Trainee
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
MBA/MA/MSc/from recognized university in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/ software Engineering/ or related field of study.
CGPA for female 3.00 & above and for male 3.25 & above
Grade 8th certificate mandatory,
Age below 35 (inclusive)
Year of graduation is 2024 &2025 only and
Zero year experience.
Place of Work: Head Office and Branches
Position 4: Junior Banker
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 1 years of relevant banking experience.
Place of Work: Finfinne(A.A) & Shegar Cities
Position 5: Senior Cashier
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Place of Work: Finfinne(A.A) & Shegar Cities
Position 6: Branch Accountant
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 7: Branch Manager I
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 6 years of relevant banking experience.
