Position 1: Office Engineer
Qualification:
Bsc Degree in civil Engineering/Construction Technology Management
3 and above Years of work Experience
Ethiopian job market

Position 2: Regional Sales Supervisor
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in a real estate marketing or sales department.
Salary: Competitive.
Place of work: Jigjiga, Diredawa, Hawassa
Position 3: Senior Internal Auditor
Qualification:
MBA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance ,Auditing
Minimum 5 years of Experience.
Salary: Competitive.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior HR Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications like SHRM/PHR is a plus).
Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law (or applicable local laws).
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Amharic.

Position 5: Project Cost Optimization Director
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and MBA.
Minimum of 15 years relevant work in construction or manufacturing costing management, project management, and/or engineering.
Strong ability to be able to align cooperation across functions and teams.
Analytical mind, problem-solver who is willing to work through ideas and implement actionable solutions.
Able to prepare manuals and other documents
Strong communication skills including the ability to engage and coordinate excitedly.
