Position: Content Developer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science, Social Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Subject expertise in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Citizenship or Economics.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and design tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good in collaborative / team work
- Good adaptability skill
- We’re looking for passionate Content Developers to join our
- academy. If you’re enthusiastic about education, innovation, and technology, and have expertise in course development, or if you are a subject matter expert, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in this groundbreaking project and help shape the future of education in Ethiopia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- This role is crucial to develop and design engaging, clear, comprehensive and high-quality educational materials tailored to meet specific educational standards, across various subjects for grades 7-12.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content creation, instructional design, and familiarity with EdTech trends.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing course content, ensuring relevance and accuracy within the Ethiopian textbook context, and incorporating interactive elements to enhance learning.
- The candidate will be required to do researches on current EdTech trends and also work on feedback analysis.
- The candidate will be required to adhere to educational standards in material creation.
- The position demands the creation of educational materials, with the goal of crafting compelling and impactful content and learning tools.
- The candidate will be required to design and incorporate interactive elements into PowerPoint presentations
