Position 1: Logistic, Admin & Finance Officer (LAF officer)

Essential Requirements/qualification

• BA/Diploma in Accounting or related field with 2/4 years’ experience in Finance in an NGO environment
• Previous logistics, finance and HR/admin experienced with NGO’s or private field
• as initiative; creativity and independent to perform the job properly
• Dynamic person
• Good communication skill both verbal and written in English
• Honest and know how to manage problem resolutions
• Management skills of staff (subordinates)
• High level of accuracy, attention to details.
• Ability to deliver task on deadline.
• Willing to travel to remote areas and to camp in the field, ability to work flexibly including weekends and willingness to travel and work in rural locations and live in basic conditions.
• Understanding the nature of emergency in Humanitarian Response Programme and willing to travel and live in field site, with frequent transfer from site to site.
• Very good knowledge and application of MS-Office, especially Excel.
• Experience and knowledge of USAID/OFDA, ECHO, EHAF, Irish Aid, etc. fund management.
• Team oriented, flexible, and creative approach; keen to take initiative where appropriate.
• Accountability & responsiveness within areas of responsibilities,

Position 2: Medical Laboratory Techinician

About You

Qualification

Qualification (Education, Experience, key qualities, skills, and competence)

• Essential Laboratory Technician diploma /degree.
• Minimum 2 year working experience essential in Governmental Health center and Hospitals and regional laboratories
• experience within recognized private, governmental medical training, referral, and specialized hospital or INGO.

Position 3: Dentist

Position 5: Midwifes Nurse

Qualification ( Education, Experience , key qualities, skill and competence)

• Diploma/ BSc in Midwifery with a minimum of four years’ experience in maternal and child health program preferably in NGO out of which two years should be in Mobile health and nutrition projects, preferably in NGO.
• Solid technical skill on case management of safe motherhood, childhood and adult illness.
• Knowledge, training and experience in management of FP, Reproductive health and IMNCI/ICCM,
• Strong knowledge on monitoring and evaluation and report writing,
• Ability to plan and organize work to meet individual, team and programme objective,
• Training and facilitation skills,
• Ability to effectively liaise with government, donors, NGOs, community leaders and other stakeholders,
• Fosters working in teams & team work spirit,
• Very good knowledge and practice of computer application,
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local language is a must.
• Continually looks to improve personal skill, knowledge and work hence contribute to capacity building within the team and organization,

Flexible and creative approach; keen to take initiative where appropriate.

Position 6: MHPSS Officer

About You

Qualification (Education, Experience , key qualities, skill and competence)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychiatry Nursing, Clinical Psychology, and Mental Health Nursing, with coursework in mental health and psychosocial programming in humanitarian or low-resource settings.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health and psychosocial programming with significant experience
• Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Able to operate independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions.
• Experience in providing training on MHPSS interventions including Psychological First Aid (PFA), Basic psychosocial skills, Basic helping skills, Safe identification & referral to Mental Health, well-being, and self-care activities, etc
• Thorough understanding of MHPSS programming & interventions.
• Thorough understanding of case management and social work.
• Experience working in NGOs or in an emergency context.
• Good communication skills with different stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure.

Position 7: Senior Health & Nutrition Officer

About You

• BSc/HO in Public Health with a minimum of four years’ proven work experience preferably in NGO and Mobile health and nutrition projects.
• Demonstrable experience in working with communities, and knowledge of participatory approaches
• Extensive Knowledge and experience in primary health care system.
• Strong knowledge on monitoring and evaluation and report writing,
• Ability to plan and organize work to meet individual, team and programme objective,
• Training and facilitation skill,
• Ability to effectively liaise with government, donors, NGOs, community leaders and other stakeholders,
• Fosters working in teams & team work spirit,
• Very good knowledge and practice of computer application,
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local language is a must.
• Continually looks to improve personal skill, knowledge and work hence contribute to capacity building within the team and organization,
• Flexible and creative approach; keen to take initiative where appropriate.

Position 8: Project Manager

About You

REQUIREMENTS:

· Qualification (Education, Experience, key qualities, skill and competence)

· BSC in Public Health and Nursing with a minimum of 4 (four) years relevant work experience

· Have a demonstrated experience in emergency nutrition programme, notably CMAM and running other feeding programme

· Strong knowledge of operational planning, budget planning and management, monitoring and evaluation and report writing,

· Good knowledge, understanding and implementation of integrated Rural Development and emergency Programme activities,

· Ability to plan and organize work to meet individual, team and programme objective,

· Training and facilitation skill,

· Ability to effectively liaise with government, donors, NGOs, community leaders and other stakeholders,

· Fosters working in teams & teamwork spirit, coach and lead staff.

· Very good knowledge and practice of computer application,

· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Position 9: Medical Director

About You

Qualification (Education, Experience, key qualities, skills, and competence)

• Medical Doctor, with 2-year experience minimum as a Medical Doctor or in clinical practical experience within recognized private, governmental medical training, referral, and specialized hospital or INGO.
• Knowledge of the local language of the area is highly advantageous

Desirable quality, skill, and competence

Desirable key qualities, Skills, and Competences: (list of qualities that are considered necessary for the specific post which are believed to be key to the success of the job holder in the specific post):

• Desirable in tropical medicine, or post-registration experience in Obstetrics and gynae, pediatrics, A, infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS/STDs, TB, general practice, general medicine or minor surgery.
• A willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions.
• Ability to work flexibly extra working hours including weekends and willingness to travel and work in rural locations and live in basic conditions.
• Commitment to and understanding of GOALs, aims, values, and principles.
• Computer literate.
• Accountability & responsiveness within areas of responsibility.
