Goh Betoch Bank S.C was founded by 11 visionary individuals, veteran bankers, investors, and academicians who have a strong devotion to their country and people.
The reasons behind the inception of this, the first of its kind or pioneer private mortgage bank in Ethiopia include huge housing backlog, unaffordability of houses due to the rising cost of construction, persistent inflation, poor housing financing scheme in the country, among others.
Goh Betoch Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Minimum requirements: BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study with zero year experience, only Graduate of 2025 G.C and 2026 G.C with 3.75 and above CGPA and who passed National Exit Exam.
Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive)
Work Place: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 2: Information System Trainee
Minimum requirements: BSC Degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Information Science or any other Information Technology related field with zero year experience, only Graduate of 2025G.C and 2026 G.C with 3.75 and above CGPA and who passed National Exit Exam.
Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive)
Work Place: Head Office
Position 3: Customer Service Officer III
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting & Finance/Marketing/Banking & Finance/ Business Administration and any business-related field of study with 3 years of related work experience in Banking operations.
Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive).
Place Of work: Addis Ababa, Arbaminch and Wolita Sodo Branches
Position 4: Branch Manager
Educational Level: Minimum requirements: Minimum of BA Degree in Management /Economics/Accounting & Finance/ Marketing/ Banking & Finance or Business Administration and any business-related field of study, with 8 years’ work experience in banking operations
Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive)
Work Place: Addis Ababa, Arbaminch and Wolita Sodo Branches
