Position: Sales Officer
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Management, or any related field of study.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Conduct market research and gather information on customer needs, market demand, product pricing, and competitor activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and support the conversion of leads into sales.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
