Position 1: Addis Ababa Sales Territory Supervisor
About You
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, distribution, or customer management.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, manufacturing, or distribution businesses is highly preferred.
Position 2: Upcountry Sales Supervisor
About You
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, distribution, or customer management.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing upcountry territories and distributor networks is an advantage.
