Green Scene Energy PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Sales
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer products or technical solutions
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or willingness to learn
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented approach and excellent listening skills
- Basic numeracy and ability to calculate costs and savings for customers
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and persistence
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Amharic highly desirable.

Position 2: Tender Specialist
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar PV system design and implementation
- Proven experience with bid/tender preparation for renewable energy projects
- Experience with backup generator integration and hybrid power systems
- Background in technical documentation preparation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of solar PV system design principles and standards
- Proficiency in solar design software (PVsyst, HOMER, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Understanding of electrical engineering principles and Ethiopian electrical codes
- Experience with energy load calculations and system sizing
- Excellent technical writing skills for proposals and documentation
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Amharic highly desirable

Position 3: Social Media and Digital Marketer
Education & Experience
- Diploma , Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
- Background in renewable energy, sustainability, or related fields preferred
Required Skills
- Exceptional content creation skills across various digital platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (including TikTok and Telegram)
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and implementation
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with AI tools and appropriate implementation in marketing strategies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Amharic highly desirable

Position 4: Strategic Partnerships and Funding Lead
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Engineering, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in public relations, communications, business development, donor relations, grant writing, or partnership management.
- Strong background in strategic communications, proposal and bid development, consultancy, research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in building and managing partnerships highly desirable.
- Familiarity with renewable energy, international development, or related sectors preferred.
Required Skills
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging narratives.
- Strong expertise in database design, management, and workflow automation to improve efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of grant application processes, donor requirements, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Excellent project management, organizational skills, and proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Amharic is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in managing communications and partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in relationship management, networking, and building long-term collaborations.
- Experience developing strategic communications tailored to varied audiences and platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible, audience-friendly content.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools, with practical experience in AI-assisted communication and productivity solutions.
