Position: Case Executive / ጉዳይ አስፈፃሚ
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Case Executive, Case Officer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of case handling procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain assigned case files from initiation to closure.
- Prepare, review, and verify all case-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and internal departments to collect required information.
- Ensure cases are processed within defined timelines and service standards.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and actions related to cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies or issues in case files and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Location: Addis Ababa
