Position 1:ICT Supervisor- Hotel Finishing Work
Job Requirement
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in ICT systems and infrastructure or a related role
Key Skills:
Proven experience in construction supervision, particularly in the finishing phase of a
Strong understanding of ICT systems, including network infrastructure, security systems, audio-visual systems, and building automation
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., building codes, safety regulations).
Experience in a hotel or hospitality project is a
Experience with relevant international standards and best practices related to ICT in the hospitality sector is desirable

Position 2:Construction Safety Engineer
Job Requirement
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Certifications: A relevant safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is often preferred.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction safety or a related role
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Ethiopian standards).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to conduct accident investigations and develop corrective actions.
Proficiency in developing and implementing safety programs.

Position 3:Electrical Engineer
Job Requirement
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional licensure or registration preferred (e.g., PEE).
Work Experience:
5-8 years of experience in electrical systems design.
Involvement in 4+ electrical projects from concept to completion.
Experience with at least three project types: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Public.
Key Skills:
Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit).
Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems design and load calculations.
Experience with design documentation and client presentations.
