Position: Graduate in Training (GIT) – Sales
Education: A recently completed Bachelor’s Degree in any field (graduated within the last 2 years).
Extracurricular Leadership: Active participation in extracurricular activities (e.g., student union, youth associations, volunteer work, or campus leadership roles) is highly preferred, demonstrating your ability to lead, collaborate, and take initiative.
Mobility: willingness to travel or relocate regionally for field assignments.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High resilience, agility, and a strong desire to win in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate field observations into sales opportunities.
What You Will Do (Key Field Responsibilities)
- Field Sales Execution—Learn market dynamics on the ground, manage route-to-market strategies, and ensure maximum product visibility at retail outlets.
- Territory Management: Take full ownership of an assigned field territory to drive volume growth, manage daily order generations, and hit aggressive sales targets.
- Sales intelligence & analytics—Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to find new business and growth opportunities.
- Strategic capstone project—Present to executive leadership your ideas for growing sales volume and market share.
