Habesha Steel Mills PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional HR certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is highly desirable
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel for data-driven reporting.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, strong leadership capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
