Position 1: FINANCE AND ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Summary
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES፡–
Financial Management:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Peachtree Proficiency:
Utilize Peachtree accounting software for efficient financial management.
Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation.
Payroll Processing:
Oversee the payroll process, including calculation of salaries, deductions, and taxes.
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of pay cheques.
Administrative Duties:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven 2-3 years experience as a Finance and Admin Assistant.
In-depth knowledge of Peachtree accounting software.
Experience in payroll processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: NEGOTIABLE
