Position 1: Senior Planning Officer
Job Requirement
- Required Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management (COTM), or related engineering discipline.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using specialized software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) in major construction projects.
Position 2: Senior Purchaser
Job Requirement
- Required Qualification: BA. Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in local and international procurement, specifically handling heavy construction machinery, building materials, and spare parts.
Position 3: Senior Cost & Budget Accountant
Job Requirement
- Required Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Accounting.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in cost analysis, project budgeting, and variance management within construction or manufacturing industries.
Position 4: Senior Internal Auditor
Job Requirement
- Required Qualification: BSc. or M.Sc. Degree in Accounting and Finance, Auditing, or Business Administration (ACCA/CPA certification is highly desirable).
- Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years for B.Sc. or 6 years for M.Sc. relevant experience in internal auditing, risk management, and internal controls within the construction sector
Position 5: Senior Finance Advisor
Job Requirement
- Required Qualification: BSc. or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years for M.Sc. or 12 years for B.Sc. in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior advisory or leadership role within large-scale construction or industrial enterprises
Position 6: Senior Tax accountant
Job Requirement
- Educational – BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or relevant field
- Working Experience – Minimum 4 years tax related experience preferred in manufacturing industry
