Position 1: Junior Underwriting/ Junior Claims Officer
Job Requirement
Education:
BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
- GPA 2.5 and above
- 2022 – 2025 graduate
- 8th, 10th & 12th grade national examination result.
- Experience: One year and above proven post qualification experience in any position.
Knowledge & Skill
- Excellent communication skill and personality.
- Written & Spoken English language proficiency
- Excellent computer skill.
Salary: As per the Company scale
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Grade 4 Branch Manager
Job Requirement
- Education: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Six years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years in supervisory positions or three years as senior officer
Knowledge & Skill
- Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
- Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
- Team building skills.
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent computer skill.
- Having CII certification is an advantage.
Salary: As per the Company scale
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Grade 3 Branch Manager
Job Requirement
- Education: BA or BSC/MA or MSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Eight/seven years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years as Grade 4 city Branch Manager/ Grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.
Knowledge & Skill
- Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
- Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
- Team building skills.
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent computer skill.
- Having CII certification is an advantage.
Salary: As per the Company scale
