Key Scope of Work
• Organizational structure review and recommendations
• Job description reviews and job grading
• Salary market survey and benchmarking
• Salary scale and benefits package design
• Review and update HR policy and procedures manual
JOB REQUIREMENT
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in HR/OD/Management or related field
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in job grading and compensation/benchmarking
• Strong change management and participatory approach skills
Duration: The consultancy assignment period is from June 1, 2026 – July 30, 2026 (2 months)
