Position 1: Trainee Electrical Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities of Trainee Engineer
- Managing power generation, transmission, and distribution;
- Working with high and low-voltage equipment;
- Designing systems and products using computer software;
- Working with renewable energy sources;
- Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products;
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment;
- Ability to read and fully understand machinery manuals and guidelines (standard operating procedures);
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities;
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies;
- Ensure that installations and applications are in line with the requirement and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering degree (Power Sreeem) from an accredited university with CGPA of 3.25.
- 0 year of experience;
- Knowledge of engineering science and technology;
- Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes;
- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards;
- Problem-solving abilities;
- Attention to detail;
- The successful candidate must be willing to relocate his residence area to Gelan
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Position 2: Heavy Truck Driver
Duties and Responsibility of Heavey Truck Dr
- Safely transporting products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and operational vehicle
- Assist with regular vehicle inspections,
- Arranging maintenance when necessary
- Refuel vehicles and ensure they’re always ready for use;
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR and Admin Assistant or relevant role;
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS, or ERP;
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications);
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws;
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

Position 3: HR and Admin Officer
Duties and responsibilities
- Gather and Maintain physical and digital personnel records from employees and departments;
- Update internal databases with new hire information (e.g. record sick or maternity leave);
- Onboarding new recruits;
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed;
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by the department;
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for);
- Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues;
- Assist during payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave of absence, sick days, and work Schedule);
- Monitor the proper allocation and utilization of vehicles and fuel consumption;
- Work with Line Managers to report problems, solutions, and costs associated with utilities;
- Develop and maintain a relationship with all contractors and vendors ensuring efficient facility operations;
- Liaise with public utilities (water, power, and telecom services) to ensure continuous service provision;
- Monitor timely bill settlement for external service providers;
- Coordinate work with other units of the Company.
- Manage outsourced facility service contracts and relationships;
- Oversee the provision of essential central services such as utilities and communication;
- Gather personnel records from other departments or employees.

- At least 3 years of related experience in a similar position

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams;
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network;
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign;
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence;
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media;
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers;
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement;
- Responding to comments on each of the organization’s social media accounts;
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media;
