Position 1: Corporate COO (Chief Operation Officer)

te COO will be responsible for driving the execution of strategies, managing daily operations, and reporting directly to the Group CEO. The goal of the COO is to secure the functionality of business operations to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Job Description

Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to optimize company operations.

Oversee daily operations across multiple departments.

Ensure alignment of operations with the company’s strategic goals and values.

Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify areas for automation, cost reductions, and productivity improvements.

Play a key role in business expansion activities (e.g., acquisitions, investments, alliances) in collaboration with the CEO.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to protect company assets and reputation.

Oversee and improve the company’s quality management and internal control systems.

Job Requirement

Education Qualification: Masters in Business Management, Marketing Management or in other related

Work Experience: A minimum of 12 (twelve) years of demonstrated work experience with at least 6 years of working as Chief Operation Officer (COO) in a well established national or multi-national firm.

Experience of working in a holding/corporate business entity.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Able to maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong and advanced digital proficiency.

Experience in a multinational company is highly preferred

Fluency in Amharic and English, written and verbal is highly required.

Position 2: General Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the business unit strategy and plan according to the strategic directions of the Company.

Lead the selection and monitoring of architecture, contractors and other partners and manage relationships to build long term sustainable business partners.

Lead the performance monitoring and evaluation of projects and services.

Lead development of effective property and asset management processes, polices and work procedures.

Lead the sales of real estate products and attraction of corporate customers.

Represent the Company related to real estate business unit issues.

Ensure sales operation is meeting pre-defined targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery of real estate.

Collaborate with senior management to stimulate thinking on opportunities, organizational capabilities, to formulate strategies, concepts and solutions to business issues.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate industry trends and contribute to developing better understanding of the business unit.

Establish effective linkages between business unit planning processes and companywide planning activities to ensure consistency.

Lead workshops with senior management to define business KPI’s and develop appropriate systems and tools in the performance management system to track these KPIs.

Generic Duties of the Position:

Prepare the Business unit’s work plan and monitor their execution.

Develop, approve and monitor the Business unit’s budgets.

Identify human resources requirements of the Business unit and develop plan for meeting the requirements.

Develop policies and procedures for the Business unit and lead in their implementation and continuous review.

Review, approve and submit functional reports to relevant organs.

Support the development of manager through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.

Oversee the systematic identification of skill and competency requirements for the Organization.

Manage disciplinary concerns emerged at department level.

Represent the function/business unit in external relationships.

Take part in departmental decision-making process.

Job Requirement

Education Qualification: Master’s in civil engineering, Construction Management or in other related fields

Work Experience: A minimum of 12 (twelve) years of demonstrated work experience with at least 6 (six) years of leading Real Estate firm.

Solid experience in Real Estate Engineering, Project Management, Sales & Administration.

Experience in overseeing restructuring efforts.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Able to maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Fluency in Amharic and English, written and verbal is highly required.

Position 3: Corporate CEO

Job Summary

Our company is looking for a competent Corporate CEO. The Corporate CEO will take reign of the Corporate Group ( which consists of more than 8 product lines)and steer the company towards its strategic aspirations by working closely with the founder of the company.

Job Description

Lead the internal and external business environment analysis to understand trends and identify potential challenges and opportunities.

Lead and coordinate strategy development activities.

Oversee Company business performance and identify improvement opportunities based on business intelligence.

Facilitate communication and cascade company goals to operating units and track performance.

Facilitate development of annual plans and budgets.

Lead the design of target performance levels, identify performance gaps and propose changes.

Drive implementation of strategic decisions /initiatives.

Drive evaluation and prioritization of strategic initiatives – translating business strategy into manageable initiatives and scoping out the business case and journey plan.

Maintain oversight of all Company programs and effectively manage the portfolio, prioritize resources and track process.

Monitor and report implementation of identified initiatives and results.

Design and oversee the building process of strong business intelligence capability and support other functional units to leverage value from business intelligence.

Do regular “checkpoints” at which the benefits and results of the initiatives are reviewed to understand their impact on the realization of the business strategy.

Drive investment planning, program strategy and vision, budget management support.

Manage the execution of projects and initiatives to ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

Oversee budget management, communications management (change management), integration management, project procurement management, project resource.

Manage risk & issue management, schedule management, scope management, project quality management.

Conduct post project analysis to extract learning points.

Provide tools & methods, enterprise program and project reporting formats.

Job Requirement

Education Qualification: Masters degree in Business Management or in other similar disciplines.

Work Experience: A minimum of 12 + (twelve) years of demonstrated work experience with at least 6 years working as a CEO in established national or multi-national firm.

Experience of working in a holding/corporate business entity.

Experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.

Experience in leading large scale change management efforts and corporate restructuring.

Sound understanding of business and industries in Ethiopia and abroad.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent leadership skill.

Able to maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Takes initiative, adaptive, and willing to teach and mentor.

Experience in a Holding/corporate structured business entity is valued.

Solid skill in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in Amharic, English & Affan Oromo written and verbal is highly required.
